This page explains how to request deletion of the data Bonyan holds about you — whether it's your Bonyan ERP account data or your WhatsApp conversation data with us — as a complement to our Privacy Policy.
1. What This Page Covers
Through this page you can request the deletion of: - Your Bonyan ERP account data (registration and usage data). - Your WhatsApp conversation data with us (message content, your WhatsApp profile name and number). - Your conversation data with us through the live chat widget on our website (message content and attachments). - Your email address if you are subscribed to our newsletter. - Data from demo request or contact forms you have submitted to us.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, contact us through one of the following channels, and mention the phone number or email you used with us so we can locate your data accurately: - Email: [email protected] — put "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. - WhatsApp: message us at +20 155 129 1585 and let us know you want your data deleted (you can also stop our messages at any time by replying "STOP" or telling us you don't want messages, and we will stop contacting you — or you can block the number; this only stops messages and does not delete your data automatically). - Our Contact page. We may ask you to confirm your identity (such as the registered phone number or email) before completing the request, to protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
3. What Gets Deleted
Once we process your request, we delete from our systems: - Your website account (if any) and the registration data linked to it. - The content of your WhatsApp conversations with us and the related WhatsApp account data. - The content of your live chat widget conversations with us and any related attachments. - Your email address, by unsubscribing you from our newsletter. - Data from your demo request or contact form submissions. We may retain a limited amount of data for a period if required for legal or accounting compliance (such as subscription invoices), limited to the minimum necessary.
4. Confirmation & Timeframe
After we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt, and we aim to complete it within 30 days as a target — not a fixed legal guarantee — the actual time may vary depending on the request. We will send you another confirmation once deletion is complete.
5. Data Already Shared with Meta
If your data was previously shared with Meta in hashed form for advertising measurement purposes (as described in our Privacy Policy), deleting your data from our systems does not automatically delete it from Meta's systems; that data is subject to Meta's own policies. To manage your data with Meta directly, visit the Ad Preferences page: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences or review your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
